DIY CO2 Traffic Light (airgradient.com)

I think many in the hacker news community know me for our open source / open hardware air quality DIY kit [1] measuring PM2.5, CO2, Temperature and Humidity. Especially CO2 levels seems to be something of high interest, probably due to increased home office use during the pandemic.

So I created a new built instruction for a nice looking CO2 traffic light that can run online as well as offline and tell you when its time for fresh air.

It would be great to hear your feedback or questions!

I built your (pre traffic light) kit! It works great, and it has been enlightening to see indoor co2 and pm2 levels. It’s good to have something to quantify when a window needs to be opened to let in some fresh air.

Here’s a picture of the finished product of the kit: https://www.paulsprogrammingnotes.com/generated/assets/image...
