This is a very strange take, because the aircraft was a Bombardier 50 seat regional jet. No customer’s carry on bags fit in the overhead bin. Instead, full-sized carry on bags get checked at the aircraft door, and returned to passengers there on arrival.
I feel pity for the airline employees who have to do this awful work. What a terrible thing to have to do with your customers.
The airlines are out of control. You can go into one airport and see that the sizers are different than the ones in the prior airport. This is a total scam.
Congress should get involved and bring up their dismal approval numbers.
