Taxes are for some purpose. And we all know that liberalism does not work in this case. It's the same as the coca Cola company produces millions of tonnes of waste, but they're not caring about this fact.
Taxation also opens a lot of employment to support it and then support the dealing with the problem
Just replace property tax with a land tax and most of your concerns will be handled. Any land upgrade (like buildings) should not affect the tax from owning a property.
Also I think that although rental cost may increase (but it's unlikely as individual rentals will be much more down to earth than those operated by a corporation that's driven only by quarterly earnings), the buying should be much more affordable.
It is the visual design. The design seems scrollable but it isn't. Suggestion for the team - terminate the image by wrapping in a container of sort and not touch the bottom browser chrome.
Yeah, flagging stuff or just clicking dislikes sometimes does not work at all. I feel this is due to popularity being more important than these dislike acts. Additionally Youtube algorithm also treats user `dislikes` like an engagement, so it may work against your common sense.
What I did find very useful some time ago was to actually `Block` whole YouTube channels (you do it from Channel's Info page by clicking on the Flag button). This is an ultimate way of getting rid of some content on your feed. I blocked pretty much all these 5-Minute Crafts, Blossoms, Bright Side and other crap-generating trolls. Best decision ever!
Then maybe someone come with a platform that is agnostic. Like Humble Bundle - they offer in many cases both Steam codes AND ability to download directly from their servers with no need to install any additional platform software.
Funnily that gives me an argument to buy an iPhone next year. This is a hit - great hardware without their terrible services.
