Medical records don't contain all of the data that an AI would need to make an accurate diagnosis and come up with an optimal treatment plan. In order for an AI to do that it would need to be able to see, touch, and converse with the patient. We're a long way from that capability.

I give it 10 years before I’ll be pleading with the paramedics to take me to the AMZN or GOOG hospital instead of XYZ Health System.
