Mainly because I have and use 5 browsers and can never remember which one I logged into. There is not a chance that I'll remember my password. I wish. There's just way too many. Also don't use a pw manager on my phone due to security reasons.


I don't like password managers in general mostly because the ones that do all the syncing up magic you want are closed source.

Recently I found out about Bitwarden and have been using it for a couple weeks. No regrets, it's great.

It uses E2EE to sync passwords between devices and the clients are all open source. It's also undergone multiple third party security audits.

Makes everything a billion times more convenient and I feel safe trusting it.


Modern phones, when configured correctly, are more secure than their desktop counterparts.
