Has this been rolled out globally, or am I lucky enough to be part of an A/B test?

(I'm personally going with "no +1 button", if that's the case; these particular ones have an animation that plays when you roll over the item. It got me to notice the feature, but it also got me to spend 10 unsuccessful minutes trying to figure out how to disable it. It's very unlike google and very distracting.)
