Is this ever actually going to see the light of day? We've been hearing about Temporal for, what, 6 or 7 years now? In that time Moment has come and gone, replaced by Luxon, Date-fns, and others, and Temporal still isn't released.

Why does the Ecmascript process take so long? Entire browsers and operating systems come and go in that time...
