He makes an excellent case for why all of this data should be protected by the 4th Amendment, without loopholes that allow government organizations to purchase them from 3rd parties. I assume he doesn't see it that way, though.


Protectionism benefits politicians, but everyone else suffers.


That's good, but we should look at all cars, not just cars made in China. Opting out of data collection should be a right across the board.


How many cars do Chinese companies sell in the US? How many cars do American companies sell in China?


what we need to consider is that China is making a big global EV push. If BYD builds in Mexico, they can avoid the 27.5% tariff the US places on China
