Synthetic diamonds aren't that expensive, but the power it outputs is very low (as one would expect from something that generates power for millennia).
Hearing aids, seriously? They need at least miliwatts - 1000x more than this battery. Cochlear implants even more, so I suspect ocular ones and pacemakers too.
