Absolutely. This is a flight of fantasy. Just being able to imagine something doesn't really cut it for concept items any more - you've got to have something vaguely functional you can demonstrate before it's worth seeking external attention.

The mounts in the Horizon games on PlayStation are even better as a concept, as they let you actually try it on. And they're probably as close to implementation as this.

This is just CGI of an idea somebody had, no part of this exists yet. Its no different than if some random grad student made a video of a flying car concept that they thought of while binging old sci-fi.

Cos a hydrogen engine is the best way to generate electricity. Given that the entire vehicle is around the same size as the fuel tank in a pickup truck, and hydrogen's very low volumetric energy density.
