Facebook's Job Board Returns as AI Threatens Entry-Level Work (pcmag.com)

> Last month, rival OpenAI announced that it's working on an AI-powered hiring platform. The OpenAI Jobs Platform will use AI to help "find the perfect matches between what companies need and what workers can offer," said Fidji Simo, company CEO for applications.

The only way an AI driven system could plausibly be useful is if it looked into public GitHub repos and found some points of difference between one coder and another. But still as unreliable as a LinkedIn profile. More likely OpenAI making spurious announcements to waste their competitors time and boost their share value.
