The quantum computing hype was 10 years ago. Microsofts attempt to sell people the Quantum computing cloud with Q# is already 8 years old by now. The people who said we had at least 10 years were right. Guy is in denial either about his age or how much of his life he spend trying to sell people on second hand hot air.
