Sound like they are saying that US border security and the eVisa system is so broken that they weren't able to detect "a jihadi" "supporter of HAMAS and the Muslim Brotherhood" even when that person is a "vocal critic of American politicians for allying themselves with Israel and providing military funding for the onslaught in Gaza" who has published his views for years.
