This actually makes sense.

Performance reviews are a miserable experience, both from the giver, and the givee's perspective.

I used to get "click-through" reviews all the time, from my bosses. They just cared about the number, and used the "placeholder" text.

AI could at least have that text be a little more sensible.

At that point why have the text included at all?
